- Develop channel strategy and trade/pricing architecture
- Strengthen internal commercial capabilities
- Submit MAG proposals, quote sheets & price lists to at least one account
- Turn insights into action with clear KPIs
- Launch customer roadshows and align reset calendars
- Activate commercial plans across priority channels
- Deliver a 3-year channel strategy with sales milestones
